What about if we regaled you with the story of a time when an alligator nearly broke in to a house? Be honest; those things seem nearly impossible to believe. We wouldn’t blame you if you asked us for “pics or it didn’t happen.” Well, as it turns out, we have the photo evidence right here!
Maybe you’ve experienced a similar situation in your own life. You saw something so out of the ordinary that you resolved not to bring it up with anyone. After all, who’d believe you? Imagine waking up to find that a 300-foot deep hole opened in your backyard? Apparently, there are countless mineshafts in this region of England, and you have to be careful not to fall inside one of these giant sinkholes.

Imagine that you and your friends took some time off work to explore the world. You got on a plane to South America and traveled to the Amazon rainforest. It’s a beautiful day, so you go hiking with your friends. And then, you see this on your hike.
A humpback whale on land! Can you imagine how surprised you would have been? At the same time, you can’t believe that a baby humpback whale on land is an amazing sight. It’s also sad to think of how in the world did it get there.
Zombie spider, is that you?
If you’re not an invertebrate connoisseur, you probably have never heard about a so-called zombie fungus. This fungus infects its host and slowly kills them. However, some creatures, like spiders, don’t die immediately and carry on living like zombies for a while, hence the name of the fungus.
This man was cleaning the attic of his home when he came across a weird-looking shape on the ceiling. Upon closer inspection, he noticed that the thing looked like a spider. He took a picture, uploaded it on an online forum, and was told that this was a spider infected by the zombie fungus! Nature is mind-boggling, isn’t it?

If we’re talking about things that make us question the world we live in, we certainly have to talk about the pandemic. None of us had ever experienced that before, so we started questioning everything. This next guy, for instance, was so concerned about his safety that he went out like this…
His entire face is covered in what looks like toilet paper, though if we had to guess, we would say that that’s some type of thin fabric. And then he added two empty toilet paper rolls and used them to protect his eyes! He looks quite peculiar, but at least he’s staying safe.
An all-natural pipe!
Have you ever heard of hard water? People use this terminology in reference to water with high minerals, such as magnesium or potassium. The other mineral people often find in water is calcium — and if there’s too much calcium in the water, your drain pipes can end up like this…
This is what your drain pipe looks like if you have a calcium buildup issue. The water contained so much calcium that it literally started building a whole new pipe out of the mineral. This is obviously quite dangerous to our health, and we’re glad this person found out about this problem and repurposed their pipes!

Vacuum cleaners are easily one of the top 10 best inventions ever created. If you have a vacuum cleaner at home, you’ll certainly agree with us. But, if you have a robotic vacuum cleaner, you’ll agree even more! These inventions are a blessing to any house owner.
Well, kind of. If your vacuum cleaner stops working, you’ll certainly be upset about it. We suppose you would be even more upset if, just like this lady, you found out that your vacuum cleaner was not working because a snake decided to hide inside it.
Dorothy!
Who doesn’t remember the iconic tornado scene from the Wizard of Oz? Yes, that one scene in which Dorothy is stuck inside her family’s home and the house is spinning out of control inside a tornado. Apparently, that’s not something that happens only in the movies!
When a tornado hit this small American town, this family’s home was ripped from its foundation and thrown in the middle of the street because of a tornado. Luckily, the family had already found safe shelter at this point, and no one was harmed. We guess that life does imitate art, after all!
How is this building still standing?
Some of the stuff we’ve shown you in this article probably got you questioning what building means or at least the way that some people operate. But, some things also make us quite mad because of how absurd they are.
This concrete column, for instance, was supposed to be supporting the weight of this building, which we guess is a company’s storage deposit. As we can see, it’s obvious that this column does not support the structure and could cause an accident at any time. To think that the employer is allowing their employees to continue working in this location is absurd!
Poor chick!
We’re never too sure what genetics has in store for us, and things are not that different for animals. Lots of animals are born with genetic deformities, some of which are simply mind-boggling. This family was more than surprised when this adorable chick was born.
If you only look at its upper body, you won’t see anything different. But, if you take a look at its bottom half, you’ll see what we’re talking about. This chick was born with an extra bottom and an extra pair of feet. Hopefully, it doesn’t feel any discomfort or pain because of it!
Excuse me, sir, I’m vegan!
If you stop to think about it, we have no idea what really goes on behind the scenes of the food industry. Sure, it’s easy to find information on this industry’s basic processes and procedures, but who’s to say that our food is being handled properly before it is canned and sold to grocery stores?
When this woman visited the grocery store, she just wanted to get some raspberries. Never in a million years would she have thought there would be a lizard inside the pack of raspberries she picked out. This just proves that sometimes, we’re safer if we grow our own fruits!

Do you know what pets and children have in common? They all need to play and leave the house for at least a few minutes a day. If we want children to grow up healthily, we need to take them to the park and let them play with other kids.

Crochet is now a huge phenomenon among young adults. Yes, you read that right. Young people are now doing crochet! If you watched the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, you probably saw that British athlete Tom Daley went viral when he was caught on camera while knitting a sweater.

Well, what happened here was that someone had the idea of decorating trees by making this gigantic crochet cover. The only thing we can think about is how much time and work they put into making this!

When we come home after a hard day’s work, we just want to relax. Taking a long shower is one of the best ways to wash the stress away, but sometimes, things don’t go as planned. This woman, for instance, had a big surprise once she stepped inside her bathroom.

Architecture is a brilliant thing. We wonder if the person who built this place has any notion of the important thing called hygiene. This certainly makes you question what is wrong with people, doesn’t it?

We all have our hobbies and passions. For some people, their great passion is growing a beautiful garden in their backyard, while others are passionate about art, technology, or culture. And then, there are the people who love automobiles and tuning their cars.
The owner of this car is obviously passionate about adding extravagant parts to his car. When he saw this gigantic star-shaped exhaust, he couldn’t miss the opportunity to add to his car. While we do wonder if that’s legal, we can only look at this photo in wonder!
Oh, the population density!
If you live in a small town, you know that privacy is not something you get often. Neighbors are always watching your every move, and gossip seems to be the only thing some people know how to do. Now, imagine how much worse it would be if you lived here…
What you see in the picture is not photoshopped. This is a real island, and it’s called Migingo Island. This African location only has 22,000 square feet, houses, a little over 130 people. This means that the population density is 169600 people per square mile. Imagine trying to get some privacy there!
Maybe Jurassic Park isn’t that far fetched!
One of the topics that humans still discuss to this day is whether we would have been able to coexist with dinosaurs back when they were still alive. It’s kind of hard to imagine how that would’ve worked, but many people believe we would have been just fine.
Looking at this picture, we would beg to differ. Look at the size of that thing! How would we be able to coexist peacefully if these giant creatures were roaming the planet? They probably would mistake humans for food and eat some of us in a second!

There’s always something weird happening in the world every second that goes by. Maybe it’s not happening to you or anywhere near you, but somewhere in the world, someone is experiencing a weird event like the person who took this next photo.
This person was on the way to heat their meal using the microwave, but they were in for a surprise. When they looked at the microwave clock, the person found a lizard inside the clock! How did this happen? There’s no way we can explain what we don’t understand!
Are you really going to eat that much?
If we were to judge them by what we see in movies, we would say that carnivorous plants are scary and mean. It’s not rare to see a giant carnivorous plant being depicted as capable of eating an entire adult in fiction works.
However, that’s far from reality. Venus flytraps only eat bugs and other insects when they need nutrients. They don’t eat humans, nor do they cause any harm to us. We mean, look at the plant in the photo. Does it look like it could eat you?

Who doesn’t love spending the day at the beach? The beach is one of the best places to spend some quality time with the family or by yourself. Because many people visit the beach every day, we never know what we’re going to find there.
This guy, for instance, was merely chilling at the beach, taking a walk on the shore, and capturing the beauty of the place on camera. Imagine his surprise when he found a big blue eye staring at him from the floor! Luckily, this is a glass eye, not a real one — but we still wonder how it ended there!

Fiat is one of the largest automobile manufacturers in the world. While it is not as popular in the US, it has a considerably large market in its home country, Italy, and also in South America. Many people don’t know that Fiat was way ahead of its time back when it was first founded.
In addition to cars, this Italian company also produced aircraft, diesel engines, and other products. However, what really gets our attention is that Fiat’s original factory in Torino, Italy, had a test track on the rooftop — which was way ahead of its time. This track is open for visitation, though you can’t drive on it anymore.

If you’re a Millennial, you probably remember the first cellphones people used back in the late 1990s and early 2000s. You know, the phones we used before iPhones, and other smartphones were a thing? While people make fun of those old phones, they have no clue that they were more durable than the phones we have today.
So durable that they can withstand the trials and tribulations of time! Those thick and heavy phones were almost as heavy as a brick, and maybe that’s why someone decided to cement it on the wall. Imagine what the people from the future will think when they find this ancient item from our society!

If you work in hospitals, you certainly must have quite a lot of stories to tell. Doctors and nurses are often faced with bizarre situations, such as the case of the Brazilian man who arrived at the ER with a steel rod through his head.
What you see in this X-Ray is the skull of a man who ended up at the hospital after a domestic accident. Those tiny dots are actually metal pellets stuck inside his head — they got there after the man’s wife accidentally shot him with a BB gun while chasing a raccoon!

Have you ever heard the word thalassophobia? Thalassophobia is the fear of the ocean, and it is a condition that affects thousands of people across the globe. To be honest, it’s quite understandable that people are scared of the ocean, considering everything (animals and objects) that resides in its depth.

And if we stop to think about it, people have been dropping things in the ocean since the beginning of time, and it’s nearly impossible to retrieve all that stuff. The crew of this ship had just raised the anchor when they noticed that something was stuck on it. To their surprise, it was a torpedo! Hopefully, nothing happened to the crew.

Global warming is real, and we can already see its devastating effects. Floods, wildfires, extreme weather — these are all consequences of what we’re doing to our planet. This next picture may look incredible, but the story behind it is quite sad.
While you may think that this is a crimson filter, this photo is 100% unedited. This is a volunteer firefighter who was helping when wildfires started consuming parts of Australia in 2020. It’s pretty crazy to think that this red color is caused by the wildfires that destroyed millions of acres!

When it’s Halloween season, we decorate our homes and front yards. However, homeowners are not the only ones interested in putting up scary decorations during this time of the year — businesses also do that. It’s a great way of getting new customers’ attention.
Well, what’s peculiar about this photo is that this is a clinic! We personally have never seen a clinic decorated for Halloween, but we guess there’s a first time for everything. Imagine the jumpscares this evil-looking clown must have given to the patients!
